Beginning September 1st 2011 we will be switching over our online enrollment process. Going forward, you will be able to purchase sessions online by following a few steps that are outlined below. It will allow us to designate that you get member pricing, and it will also communicate directly with our front office system so you will be on the list without the large amount of lag time between processing.
Step one: Create a log in – Under Private Lesson Ice Time Tab – there is a banner at the bottom that asks you to ‘log in’ or ‘create and account’. It is important to note that you will need to create a completely new login as this is an entirely new system than any of the older versions.
Step two: Buy PFSC membership – IMPORTANT: When you first log on, you will need to “buy” the PFSC membership which is located under the tab labeled ‘PROGRAMS’. It will not charge you anything and will in fact show as $0.00. You will only be required to buy this on your first trip to the site. Once you do this and it is approved by our staff that you are a member, you will never need to select that item again and all your prices will show up as $13.00 per session instead of $18.00 when you go to buy sessions online. If you do not select the membership first, your sessions will continue to show as $18 and you will not automatically get the club discount you are entitled to. In addition, everyone will need to create a new account as this is a new website/link and it does not have the accounts our old online system did. IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT BUY SESSIONS WITH YOUR INITIAL $0.00 MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $18 FOR YOUR FIRST PURCHASE AS THE SYSTEM WILL NOT RECOGNIZE YOU AS A MEMBER YET.
Step three: WAIT to place order - Once this club membership process is completed and you have ‘purchased’ the membership online, will need to be approved by our front office before you see the price change from 18 to 13 the next time you log into our online enrollments system. Please allow us time to approve your membership as we have to set it up so that non club members will not be able to get the same benefits.
Step four: Log back in and enjoy instant member pricing online!
